Effective Home Remedies for Dull Skin and Chapped Lips

During monsoons and winters, your skin may be sensitive, and products you have used before pregnancy may now cause irritation.  They’re simple and quick solutions for just about every skin issue you might run into with natural home-made ingredients! Because they’re natural, they work across the board for non-pregnant, pregnant and nursing beauties!!

Dull Dry skin:

Vitamin C: C-packed serums and moisturisers awakens dull and dry skin and brightens those cheeks.

Water Spritz: Thermal Spring water is your savior to add extra moisture to your dull prone skin. Replace it with rose water for relaxing and calming the redness and acne prone skin. For summer mommies and mommies-to-be, cool the spritz in refrigerator for extra boost!  Carry a travel size bottle in your purse for those playground moms jealous.


Chapped Lips:

  1. Mix brown sugar with honey and a few drops of coconut oil. Wash your lips with warm water and scrub the mixture for about a minute or 2 and then clean it with normal water. This remedy work like a store brought product except this is all-natural and has no preservatives, phthalates and paraben free.
  2. Mix rose petal powder with rose water and apply the pack on your lips. Leave until it dries and wash it with normal water.
  3. Follow it with cocoa butter lip balm to moisturize the lips.
